As a GGG fan I think his offer to Ward for a 164 catchweight is ridiculous

If I was GGG I would stay at 160 until I've exhausted all my money-making options (Cotto-Canelo winner, big names coming up in weight, going down to 154 for Floyd). In the process, I'd unify the division and make all roads go through the belts I have.

PS: I hear the bravest man in boxing, i.e. Bernard "Testiclies" Hopkins, is ready to challenge GGG.

you know it's funny, floyd fans accuse me of being a fake floyd fan for defending GGG's opposition due to no one wanting to fight him at this weight class, and saying Floyd fighting Berto/Mayfield is bad for the sport and unlike GGG, everyone wants to fight Floyd, while no one wants to fight GGG.
And GGG bandwagoners like you call me his biggest haters. which one is it? am I just a hater of every boxer?

Was there an actual contract sent or just Loeffler talking?

i dont think the contract was actually sent. probably just loeffler talking, but if Ward responded I'm sure he would send it.

So there's no actual offer and it was just Loeffler talking, not GGG.:patsch
    :rofl
Ward's next fight might actually be at a catchweight but it won't be in September vs GGG.

Not sure, there might have been a contract sent, I just saw a video titled as that on thaboxingvoice, where the interviewer asks Barry Hunter what he thought about the offer.

Also dude use your common sense. GGG doesn't make any offers, Loeffler does.
When I say I think "his" offer, I obviously mean his team.:patsch

What about the article. This 164 offer seems like an urban legends used by Internet trolls and pseudo-journalists to get attention.

Nope, I simply saw that video when it got uploaded which was a few hours ago, and made this thread. Either way contract or not, it's still an "offer". If Ward complies with everything the GGG team will obviously send an official contract, but my point was this offer is ridiculous, and it won't help the fight get made.
