    Sure, and that's exactly why fighters don't like being punched hard. Why would respecting an opponents' power lead to someone liking it when that opponent punches them in the face?

    Anyway, no big deal, I just don't follow.

    Getting hit by a massive shot. A smirk gets on your face, you think "damn, that was a good hit". Makes you wanna praise em mid fight before you knock them out

    How both fighters push the rough stuff to find the refs tolerance.... and how high that tolerance usually is.

    This isn't gentlemanly fencing. It's fighting.
