He could've done everything Pac did against Oscar long ago but he played it way too safe. We could've been done with Oscar back then. I'm mad as ****!

Now just think about how Mayweather felt while watching Pac destroy Hoya like that.

mayweather is a saftey first fight, pac is an all out agressive fighter. two different styles. but mayweather did play it a bit too safe.

I know what you mean. Look at it this way: all Floyd has to do now is come out of retirement and fight Pac. He can still turn it all to his advantage if he chooses to.

Floyd only fights safety 1st when he feels like he may get hurt. He threw caution to the wind in many fights especially Gatti and Corley.

his best offensive show was n'dou and n'dou was suppsoe to be a big pncher but thats it, he dlh was the bigger man so he fought the fight the way he did but when you watch the fight, the difference in speed was apparent. mayweather could have taken better advantage of this. but again, pac and pbf have two mentalities as fighters.

I thought PBF best offensive show was against Diego Corrales. I have seen glimpses of that PBF offense since then, but to me that was probably his best ever performance.

I find it kind of funny that PBF only beat DLH by SD while Pacquiao demolished DLH..

Thats PBF style. He is a smart boxer. That doesnt translate well into being an exciting fighter.

Oscar that fought Floyd was a completely different fighter. The oscar that fought Manny just walked forward and threw no punches, so this argument really means nothing

His defense was pretty good in that fight. He tired towards the end like usual but he performed better in that fight than last night. That was over a year ago and also consider it was at 154 where he was stronger.

While styles do make fights, Mayweather was overrated. Point blank. Had he fought more dangerous opponents on a regular basis he would have been beaten. But he played it safe and so now he looks a chump while Pacquiao shines.
