I don't agree with all your post, but it simply has to be a minus on Haglers career that he lost to a guy that hadn't fought in almost 3 years, and had never fought at Middleweight before. No matter who that guy was. People want to use the 3 year lay offs as excuses for fighters like Ali, and Tyson, but they don't apply the same criteria to Leonards beating of Hagler, in the sense that Marvin should never have lost to a guy that had been out that long. Oh and I think you'll find that Duran was winning after 13 rounds, on 2 of the cards, not 12.
