Try putting the fact that De La Hoya was nothing more than a skeleton at 147lbs in perspective..

Come on Marnoff, answer the question at the top of the thread and then compare their Top 3s.

And Hatton was a blown up junior welter, while JMM was a blown up lightweight at welter. So what's your point?

Thats absurd, and an insult to Corrales. Surely your joking

Castillo, Casamayor, Frietas are all opponents that Corrales beat that would **** all over david freaking diaz.

No either is Hatton or Dela Hoya. I mean Barrera in 2003 was fresh of some huge wins in his Prime.

Cotto well you saw the fight.

And i choose Marquez because after the draw and what every man and there dog thought JMM won he came back and beat him. Although it was very very close.

After he beat Morales it looked like Erik just wasnt the same.

Maybe abot David Diaz a bit. But Casamayor, Castillo and Fietas are all B level fighters. Also Castillo clearly beat Floyd in there first fight

You clearly have an agenda. Otherwise you wouldn't suggest that Manny beat Oscar in better fashion that Floyd. The skeleton of Oscar at 147lbs was really no accomplishment at all.

You must be new to boxing. Casamayor is one of the best 130 lb. fighters of all time. Freitas at 130 was amazing. Castillo at Lightweight was top 10 P4P fighter in his prime. They are A fighters.

That was one hell of a lightweight era to have witnessed. Corrales/Freitas/Castillo/Casamayor were all amazing in their primes.

Genaro Hernandez was a Hall of Famer and one of the Top 5-7 130 lbs. fighters ever. Why would Hatton or Castillo trump that?

Same with me. And Oscar was on the downside of his career. Floyd's record is not the record of someone who is ATG.
