    They're both haters!
Sergio talks **** about Chavez,Cotto and pac.
Chavez talks **** about Sergio, alavrez etc...

But truth is Mexicans are hating hard against Sergio since the fight was signed.

Sergio is just tellin it how it is. Kinda hard to disagree with him thinking Chavez isn't on his level. You may believe Chavez is talented, but he's not done anywhere near enough to PROVE he's on Martinez's level. If it's all about talent then why not start saying Broner is P4P?

can't believe so many are backing up jr who's an overrated pos who's about to get exposed. i don't mind sergio not getting any credit so long as jr gets a dose of reality.

So what? You're a hater. Guess all you sayt doesn't matter either? Look, if he loses, he did NOT lose to a bum, just as if he wins, he didn't beat a bum.

Hater or not he is going to give a lesson or two to Jr in a couple of days. No hating here.

Mexicans hating hard? I'm simply commentating on Martinez' comments.

Sure Martinez is more proven, he is sexier, and more eloquent. But the reality is that Jr. has proved the haters wrong on more than one occasion. He's beat top contenders, and has shown great progress despite having no amateur career.

The ironic thing is that Sergio Martinez was 46-1, a 12 year pro, and 35 year old man when he stepped up in comp and fought Kermit Cintron, and 49-1 by the time he won a strap.

Chavez Jr. is 46-0 coming into this fight with no amateur background, 26 years old and a 9 year pro facing a bigger challenge than what Martinez faced in Martinez 9th year fighting, and I won't be surprised if Martinez loses to another Mexican this Saturday.

Jr. is farther a long his career than Martinez was a couple years ago. And if you look at their last three fights, there isn't much difference in terms of quality.

Jr. might be further along, but he's been a network darling (based in name recognition) for a long time now. This isn't even a valid comparison, or a meaningful comparison, since not all fighters are brought along the same pace, for obvious reasons known to us all. Anyway, if Jr loses, and therefore you cannot allow Martinez any credit for this win, then you're agreeing with him that Jr. is in fact, a bum.

If Martinez beats Jr. he further solifies his status as the MW king.
If Martinez loses to Jr. he is simply a really good fighter who lost to a better fighter.

If Jr. beat Martinez he becomes the #1 MW imo.
If Jr. loses, he lost to a better man, and he should give it a a couple more fights before stepping up again.
