I used to be able to eat two medium pizzas and not gain a ****ing pound. When I was 21 I tried gaining weight for a bit, eating 5000+ calories a day every day for a month. I gained 2 pounds after 30 days of that and decided it wasn't worth the effort. I had a crazy metabolism AND shitted like crazy.
He confirms it here ↓ that he likes pain because he knows that it will help him get better. http://screen.yahoo.com/keys-to-pacquiao-s-foot-speed-quickness-27183880.html
You have not done your research very well if you are unsure how to spell his name....Would you like to be called "poof" because its fun and creates an excuse .
Must be down to genetics but i have had the same thing. I was a 5 hours a week 70% cardio the rest weight and weighed 11.8 stone. I have done no exercise at all over the 6 weeks due to injury, have consumed so much bad food and still weigh 11.8 stone. Not everyone is the same. We have to undestand this.
Anyone who's played any sports at a decently competitive level is used to those kind of ab routines. You get used to it pretty quick, assuming you're not a *****. hehe
Them abs are on fire by the 3rd or 4th minute, you've got 6 to go. It'll hurt if you're Manny Pacquiao or just an average athlete. Nobody is immune to pain, the difference is, these guys go beyond the pain where others can't. Manny seems to enjoy the pain almost as much as Arnold enjoyed the pain of lifting weights.
I've been doing **** like that all of my life because of soccer, but nowadays all I do is lift. I don't really think of lifting weights or ab work as painful, just a tense feeling. Not sure how to explain it but, you just get used to it. An average person can probably can that ab routine down in a week or two if he tries hard enough. I say week or two because the average person will be crying about soreness after the first day, haha. After the 3rd or 4th minute where you can't go anymore, take a 30 second break and finish it off. Pretty soon you won't need those breaks.
:good Ofcourse, pushing through the pain time and again will help you do it, mentally. I don't do Pacquiaos ab routine right now, I've read and do the same routine as many NFL players do (including Seth Mitchell). And its working good for me, I do that 2-3 per week.
When I played tennis, I consumed crazy amounts of calories; the majority of them carbs. During the season, I would often drink Slimfast or eat snacks between classes just to keep from losing too much weight. If I didn't eat a ton, I would feel lethargic and have difficulty functioning. For the record, I've never thought Manny was on steroids. EPO maybe, but not the anabolics or hgh.
I tried that club out while I lived in Stockholm. I dont know it well at all, but it seemed like there was a professional attitude. In comparasion the club I tried out in Gothenburg was just guys who felt it was cool to hit the bag and do sparing.
Federal Academy? I went there and it looked like a warehouse as far as sitting down to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner and you can eat as much as you want. The gym was even bigger with weights and workout space, and even a heavy bag. Anyway, with all the food you consume, you burn most of it off training.
