If it comes down to skills then Crawford has him beat by a good distance. Crawford can fight forward, backwards, southpaw, orthodox, good defense, inside or out and he has true power.

Loma is fast, can't box orthodox, jab has no power. good lateral movement, good defense, no straight left and a good right hook.

 

Crawford is highly skilled. However his completion has been weak. He's had some issues outside the ring, and was nothing special as an amateur.

As he moves up in weight and competition, we'll see if his game diminishes a bit. I'm sold on potential, but he's not there yet.

 

But how tough is he and can he take a punch? Lomo has answered these questions. Crawford may have more holes in his game. Time will tell.
