Foreman actually lost weight at the begging of his career to be quicker. Frazier was in great shape until he got older. Larry Holmes was in incredible shape in his prime and came in way lighter than he could of. Ron Lyle was 6'3 and weighed 220 or less in pretty much every bout in his prime.
