As the fight approaches, let us again discuss why I narrowly think Usyk beats Joshua

No disrespect to Joshua here. He has a nice package of skills with size, power, and punch variety, and, despite the anomaly of the Ruiz fight, he usually hangs tough in there. I like the guy, and yes, he will also have the judges and ref leaning for him.

But I think Usyk wins, and I am putting it out there. Not only is a unique scientific southpaw master, but, he is a guy who basically turns it up to whatever level he needs to win punch wise. I thought he won ten rounds against Chisora, but it doesn't matter. He has the demonstrated ability to throw about a third more punches than he did in the fight. Yes, I know he will be older and heavier, but I think we all know that he will be in the cardio-vascular shape of his life.

Let's look at some punch stats, and note how he just turns it up against better opponents. Some of you wonder how Usyk is going to handle an opponent that is two inches taller...I wonder how AJ hangs with a guy who throws over 900 punches...

    Huck (over 10)- 758, 75.8 a round
    Glowacki (over 12)- 741 , 61.75 a round
    Mchunu (0ver 9)- 517, 57.4 a round
    Hunter (over 12)- 905, 75.4 a round
    Breidis (over 12)- 848, 70.6 a round
    Gassiev- (over 12)- 939, 78.24 a round
    Bellew (over 8)- 424, 53 a round
    Witherspoon (over 7)- 347, 49.6 a round
    Chisora (over 12) - 614, 51.2 a round

If Usyk doesn't KO him he's not winning this fight

Joshua by decision whether he earns it or not

Lennox Lewis is just the number 1 guy. A focused Lewis beats everyone. some people don't agree but I've felt that way ever since he destroyed Golota

He was big, powerful, tough, cerebral, and he had an arsenal. Despite the bull**** talked about him, he had a great chin, and in my book, was only legitimately beat once.

I was a fan since the Olympics when he beat Bowe.

Usyk has to knock him out to get a draw.

Usyk will fight joshua exactly like he fought gassiev, he will run and counter the sh.. out of joshua.

Usyk is imo on an other level to everyone else besides fury.

His stamina is incredible and his confidence is through the roof, people tend to forget that he is the real world champion road warrior. He beat them all in their freaking homeland or hometown.

He is not going actively for the ko against joshua but for a clear schooling and shoot out. He will box his ears of and it will be so clear that the won't rob him. Joshua will punch air the whole night.

And usyk is very experienced in fighting big punchers (even on heavyweight level) like huck, glowacki, breidis and gassiev.

Aj has never seen someone like that and he has not the physicality of chisora nor the akward fighting style.

That's why imo usyk by late tko or a complete shoot out

Usyk was almost knocked out in 1st round against Chisora. He was complaining to the ref like an elementary school student when Chisora was hitting him with heavy shots. If Chisora was 5 years younger he would knock Usyk out in round 3 at latest.

Usyk is a cruiserweight and he is not used to the punch power that heavyweights possess. He will not endure a monster like AJ's power punches. AJ will easily dismantle him. Usyk won't be able to get near AJ, AJ has great defence. The left punch to the temple by Ruiz was due to AJ's recklessness, and inexperience. It was a road accident. All lessons are learned and all precautions are taken. It won't happen again.

Usyk is lucky if he gets past round 4.

No matter how good head and feet movement Usyk has, or how skilled Usyk is, AJ will pressure him like he did to Klitschko in round 5 and finish him off. His heavy hits will destroy him. He will not be able to get off the canvas as Wlad could. Sooner or later AJ will catch him with his big right and it will be sweet dreams for Usyk. Bye-bye back to cruiserweight. Or better, retirement.

Those numbers to me shows he throws significantly less since he’s moved up to heavyweight.

The only thing awkward about Chisora fighting style was watching him trying to throw a jab when he changed to southpaw. Looked more like an arthritic grandma trying to reach a tin of beans from the back of the shelf.

Wouldn't shock me at all if Usyk pulled it off. I picked Joshua to win but it's not a confident pick at all, I think this will be a very competitive fight.

Personally think Joshua will win, too big and athletic and I doubt usyk’s superior skills will bridge the gap. I fancy Joshua to get it done within 10 rounds

And coming in heavier and older, could be throwing less again this time.

British ref jumps in the moment AJ lands a grazing shot
