    Phone seems only option because (you'll love this) when you click on the link to claim your online refund, the page requires a login, but won't let me log in with correct username and password (i even got a password reminder just to check I was right).

    So then I logged in to main site (with same details) and clicked through to the customer services page, which is a dead link.

    Well done Iceland. I hope the Froch fans still find a way and are out in full force! Should be there but all my deadlines for uni work are in the following week, will be at his next one.
