Did I miss something. It didn't look like that was any more effective than the other punches and Yoshino still seemed game.

He's no where as good as pbf but then again who is? He can fight at all ranges with good defense and a high ring iq. That's what I look for when assessing fighters.

Ref had to step in to get Shakur the stoppage. Pathetic. Shakur should have been able to get the stoppage in under 5.

He outclass Yoshino in every aspect of boxing. He should have stepped on gas and stopped him

Stevenson is very good but I'd like to see him with an elite fighter before we crown him a P4P level fighter. He was a -2000 favorite against this opponent for a reason.

 

Yoshino is a solid fighter and Shakur made him look like a novice, out of all the young upcoming fighters from the US he has the highest ceiling imo as he has great punch selection, outstanding speed & reflexes along with solid defense!

 

Did he have a well fitted mouth guard this time?
