Ashley Theophane: Mayweather nearly knocked out Omar & Samir but NOT Love.....

    Over at the scene.....he seems to have been in camp for a while.

    He says Mayweather is lighting up sparring partners....

    Also says Mayweather work ethic is off the chart.....he says 7 weeks out he is already able to fight 12 rounds..

    Alot of compliments really....lets hope he learned something and what he learned can propel him to higher heights...

    Good stuff coming out of camp so far!

    For those of you who dont know who Ashley is....he is 140lb'er a few years ago he lost a split decision to D.Garcia who is fighting El Terrible tonight

    A lot of these young fighters really look up to Floyd. It's like he's a legend they all aspire to be, but he happens to be still fighting. Fighters from all over just fly out so they can watch him train.

    In my gym my trainer is always talking about "Mayweathers defense" or "Mayweathers movement" or Mayweathers accuracy"

    I think boxers or trainers like to see him winning because he is a pure boxer....

    Floyd's win/KO ratio says that he is not knocking out no sparring partners....its all mind games.

    from what I heard, it's the best
    Yeah I've noticed it's always the guys who actually into boxing like fighters and trainers who give the most respect toward Floyd.
    The casual fans or just the armchair guys are the ones who do most the hating

    floyd always had under rated power, but with everthing about him in boxing rated so high i guess it is his power that is not as high off the charts as everything else. omar henry getting beat up everyday poor baby cotto.

    He really is. His style is murder on the eyes, but wish the guy all the luck. He's taken some risks, and done better than anyone would have expected.

    Do you know who Ashley is? Why would he say this he has nothing to gain....he is a boxer in his own right, just trying to capture a world title.

    In anycase it is only sparring but Ishe Smith a few days ago has said that Floyd spanked Omar Henry too, (damn near knocked him out - I think is the exact quote) so it looks like its true to me.

    Seems to me you are worried for your boy.....if you are being honest with yourself.
