Does Witherspoon hit harder than Vitali? I ask because a 37 years old Lewis took flush right hands from the Ukrainian without going down and yet you have Witherspoon koing him?
You are without a doubt the most devious and dishonest poster on this forum you surpass Mendoza because he doesn't have the necessary grey matter between his ears .There is simply no excuse for the way you perform and your rep is growing! More and more posters have cottoned on to your M . O. You are rapidly assuming the mantle of the Forum's "goal post moving agenda boy".We have our resident racist, and our illegible off the wallnutter from God knows where, and we have you, Mr Devious. Williams was 20 years old when he fought Satterfield in his 33 rd fight a skinny 201pounder, not yet grown into his full strength or weight. Frazier was 30 years old when he had his 32nd fight! Satterfield was a murderous puncher who had beaten : Mederos Baker Oma Johnson Gomez Barone A month later Satterfield would ko John Holman. Williams had beaten no one. GTF!
Any one could win in a one off fight. Over a five or seven fight series though, a prime Lennox beats them all, no question about that.
The fact that Lewis is 6'5" and scaled 247lbs for the Mercer fight would necessarily preclude him fighting at that pace would it not? Or can you give examples of other super heavies doing so?Wlad,Vitali,Joshua, Bowe,Bruno perhaps?
IMO Frazier VS Lewis Frazier win KO / Late KO Lewis Win Decision / KO / TKO. But, I don't see Lewis knocked out / knocked out late in this fight. But, it's just my opinion Maybe not fact
Yes. However, my statement speaks more to Ali and Frazier, who are performing at a very high pace for their weight.
Nah, but it's not a great fight for him. If you wanted to compare two great Lewis rounds with two great Frazier rounds, you could do way better for him. Say, Lewis with Grant and Frazier with Foster, that would be an example of a fair comparison, both men on, doing things they are good at extremely well. Frazier would still look better for reasons i've already outlined, but it would be a more worthy exercise.
This is really true actually and it's the reason people get confused I think. What people are seeing when they're picking their favourite (or against someone they don't like) is there, often, it's just that the way the other guy would win is maybe more prevalent.
In a one-off, anything can happen. Guys levels worse than their opponent can pick up a win far above their pay grade on the right night. Winning a trilogy is a much tougher ask. I'd have to think for a bit before I'd come up with someone I'd really favor over Lennox over a multi-fight series. (at that level, it's often a thin margin for both fighters).
