Aside from Mayweather, what other boxer has seriously underrated power?

I think that there are probably lots of fighters out there that have good pop but just arent included in all the 'hard hitter" threads that are made.

For example, off the top of my head, I think of:

    Calvin Brock
    Carlos Baldomir
    Brian Minto

Floyd Mayweather's power is not seriously underrated. That is an incorrect statement. Floyd takes his own power off of his shots to be fast. He definitely does not have underrated power, neither does Brian Minto, everybody knows he can hit.

Floyd Mayweather doesn't have any power, so it is not underrated.

I agree, he did something Jones wasnt able to do in 3 fights, knockdown Tarver.

I think Mccline's power is extremely underrated he was able to knockdown guys like Bryd, Brock, Briggs, and Peter. He has the ability to knockdown almost any Heavyweight IMO.

What, in your opinion, is keeping Jameel from winning the big fights?

He gasses out to fast in his fights, and seems not to know how to close the deal in the end.

I'd say above average. He just doesn't sit down on his shots all that often.. but he does have power when he wants to use it.

Fernando Vargas. I'm just mentioning him because I want to be different.

    But really...

I know he was juicing, but do you guys remember the look on Oscar's face at one of the moments Vargas backed him to the ropes and started trying to unload. I've never seen De la Hoya looked so shocked. Oscar really showed me something in staying focused on winning after that look.

Mayorga said he didn't want to keep fighting at such a high weight because of how hard Vargas hit. Maybe he was just being a gracious winner, but how many times did he say something like that after losing to Trinidad or De la Hoya?

Miguel Cotto...He has power just people don't respect it until they get into the ring with him and are like "oh ****".
