    Mares(My top pick.)
Morales(Showed he still can keep young lions humble. Still world class unlike Toney, Holyfield,,Rahman, etc)
Viloria(If he keeps winning can approach top 15. If a dream match happens and he beats Chocolatito Viloria easy top 10 tho he is inconsistent.)
    Cotto(Still a force.)
Mathysse(yes he beat Judah and Alexander)

as far as who has the best record of dudes not in rings top 10 p4p it's a no contest: Evander Holyfield. But I'm assuming you're talking about guys who are still top fighters in their weightclass not old guys who've amassed amazing records and just won't retire like Holy, Morales, RJJ, B-Hop etc....

so as far as dudes that are still top fighters but not in Rings p4p top 10 and not past it legends that refuse to retire:

    Froch
    Cotto
    Gamboa
    Dawson
    Salido
    Ponce De Leon
    Malignaggi

Viloria has a pretty impressive resume.

KO 1-Eric Ortiz was a protege of Nacho Beristein who was being highly touted by HBO
KO 11-Ulysse Solis: Solis had like ten title defenses and was ranked like number 12 in RING magazine's annual Top 100 p4p issue.
TKO 8-Segura, who was number 8 pound for pound.
    W 12-Miranda
    KO 9-Romero

Throw in wins over past/future champions in Keb Baas brothers and Jose Aguirre.

That's great stuff. He'll be a serious candidate for the IBHOF if he stops Tyson Marquez. Even more so if he beats Wongjongkam, Calderon, or avenges his other two loses.

    Dawson
    Froch
    Cotto
    Nishioka

Here's one for sure that will be forgotten; Chris John.

Not recently, but how about Hozumi Hasegawa?

Calderon counts as a "past it legend" like Hopkins or Jones, but in case anyone had forgotten.

    Viloria.

His next assignment is Hernan Marquez. He will probably lose the fight though. If Viloria somehow wins this fight and a fight with Gonzales. That would bump him top 10 undoubtedly. A move up in the weight would make him enter the HOF ballot, if he is successful of course.
