    Crotchless shorts. It'll upset your opponent, especially if you rub them against their legs in clinches. Perhaps you should even be a bare ass boxer.

    Your timing has to be different with every opponent you face, so if what you're saying is true, it won't matter anyway. You still have to adapt. Training with 16 Oz's is good.

    Dennis I have a problem, I cant get my schlong up for the mrs. what shall i do and is it linked to my boxing training and water intake?

    If the mrs. doesn't do the trick for ya, try a mr. maybe that will get your hormones running.:yep

    Take your 16 Oz's (or heavier) and work the heavy bag, when you get tired go through the pain and continue. Basically what you need to do is cross your border and put it further away. Take a pair of small handweights and shadowbox, when your shoulders are burning just continue. Work the speedbag and when your shoulders hurt from exhaustion, continue. No pain no gain. You're the one that decides how long you can continue, you're the one that sets the amount of fuel you have to keep going. Expand your limits. Get the idea?

    Or shoulder/front raises might help.
