Round 2

Ustarkhanov is daubing Sirotkin's face with a paintbrush jab from afar, then exploding with big head and body hooking combos that drive Sirotkin across the ring into the ropes. Sirotkin with double jabs to chest and chin while planking over to his right or squatting in place squared up with Ustarkhanov, but only throwing in spurts and getting outworked.

Round 3

Ustarkhanov is trading left jabs with either-handed jabs from Sirotkin, who is once again switch-hitting. Ustarkhanov sort of walks into a halfway-thrown rear-hand shot and goes to a knee, mostly just pushed from the momentum rather than hurt by the impact. The rest of the round is an uneventful jab-fest, with some holding.

And of course anyone that watches lots of Russian boxing knows him from being an ubiquitous presence at these shows.

 

Sirotkin not looking amazing but playing matador effectively, controlling Ustarkhanov especially well when in the southpaw stance waving that right hook up in the air threateningly. Ustarkhanov rushing in to bombard the body, with not much to show for it as Sirotkin turns & counters him. Sirotkin down at one point, slip.

This is getting really messy. Ref having to stay involved.

 

Sirotkin using a sort of "Drunken Master Kung-Fu" style, bobbing as if treading water as he circumnavigates Ustarkhanov at medium-long range and casting in right jabs & hooks for quick touches before riding the wave offline. Ustarkhanov has no idea how to deal with him, except to flurry in and force a clinch -which he does, often.
