Still fell a bit short of Choc vs. Gallo, for me.

    Already did it.:D

    Round 1 Cuadras 10-9 Close

Cuadras dancing off the backfoot countering Roman as he comes in, landing upjabs hooks and jabs, Roman cutting ring off well, he's landing a few good hooks but not enough to edge the round, Cuadras was far more accurate and active.

    Round 2 Gonzalez 10-9

After the average start Chocolatito comes out like a man possessed basically running after Cuadras trying to get his respect, landing most of his shots, a few hooks seemed to shake up Principe, although Cuadras slipped many, Cuadras landed a few decent counter left hooks.

    Round 3 Gonzalez 10-9 Close

The intense pressure Roman was bringing in the second has dropped, he still landed the harder shots but Cuadras was able to get in his fair share of counter uppercuts and hooks.

]Round 4 Gonzalez 10-9 Really Close

Cuadras comes out with renewed sense of purpose lands several flurries, Roman takes over driving him back with his right hand, Cuadras comes back with more flurries and a hard counter left and uppercut. Very close round Cuadras is starting to mount a comeback.

    Round 5 Cuadras 10-9 Close

Cuadras dancing around landing his blistering combinations a few seem to shake Roman a little, Roman lands a good counter right, Roman drives Cuadras on his backfoot and takes over for a few seconds, Cuadras turns it around by the end and steals it with more flashy combos.

    Round 6 Cuadras 10-9 Close

Cuadras lands a few flurries early, Roman picks up the pressure swinging hook furiously but lands little clean, Cuadras lands a scintillating flashy combo of uppercuts late and rocked Roman at the bell with a left hook.

    Round 7 Gonzalez 10-9 Close

Cuadras starts out well countering Roman takes over midway through landing his own combos, Cuadras almost steals it back but not quite enough.

    Round 8 Cuadras 10-9 Close

Cuadras dancing around off the backfoot countering quite well again, Roman pressures him and has success in the middle of the round driving a few straight rights down the middle and hooks here and there, Cuadras lands a few flashy combos and hard left hook to end the round, close but goes to Carlos.

    Round 9 Cuadras 10-9 Close

Both men going at it at times, then Cuadras retreats and counters with his flurries to the body, Cuadras landing with far more volume and the harder shots, very close round.

    Round 10 Cuadras 10-9 Close

Cuadras darting in and out landing his flurries with greater frequency, Roman firing back and landing his with less frequency, good back and forth action, Roman seems tires and is looking gassed, he seemed hurt a few times, Cuadras rocked him hard in the last minute.

    Round 11 Cuadras 10-9

Back and forth action Cuadras landed the far harder shots and his action more sustained action, Cuadras whips a hook to the ribs, Roman badly hurt to the body he retreats towards the ropes, Cuadras followed up trying to drop him, Roman holding and slipping.

    Round 12 Gonzalez 10-9 Close

Both guys went at it, both throwing bombs, both holding a lot, damn close to even round, Roman was slightly more active and more accurate but Cuadras landed some good quality shots early and late.

    Cuadras 115-113

114-114 or 115-113 Gonzalez is fine as well.

Well...Gonzalez-Estrada is one of the best fights of all freaing time. That's like comparing a five star classic in pro wrestling to a four and a half star main event. The latter is still usually a very fun watch.

    I assign you the Morales-Barrera trilogy.:D

I'm going to do the thread for it right now, I've seen them, but never scored them on here, and my scores have changed from time to time.

Fine by me! Morales is my 2nd favourite Mexican ever(after JCG), and I love Barrera. I've never scored the 2nd, but I have done 1&3. I'll happily redo all 3.

After this last one I'm declaring myself off-limits for a while. :sisi1 This many in a couple of days is a recipe for burnout. I'm gonna say going forward I might get to a fight or two a week.

So, probably a good rule of thumb so that one person doesn't inundate another is, make sure at least a week - or two different people's requests - have passed between your last one and next one for the same recipient. :deal:
