    Where will his resume rank among active fighters? Will he crack top 5 or would it take another big name like Jackson to put him up there?

    He's top 5 as is probably. Depends where you rank Mike Brown

    If he does it in great style than he joins the absolute top tier of GSP, Fedor, Anderson Silva, and Torres.

    If he destroys Shogun he might stay ranked in the same place but be considered on the same level as those guys, rather than just below them.

    He is already top 5 imo

    I have the top 4: Fedor, Silva, GSP and Machida, all pretty close together. A win for Machida over Shogun will make it even harder to seperate them. Machida vs Silva will be the fight to clear the picture up a bit.

    If BJ is #5 do you have Torres and Brown tied for #6? Or do you not follow/rate the lower weights?

    It is a shame Machida and Silva won't fight.
