Vargas has already stated he will retire win lose or draw against Mayorga. So what do you guys think will happen if Mayorga wins? What would be the fight most suitable for him? Forrest? Spinks? Karmazin perhaps? I for one would love to see Mayorga fight any of those three. Hell, baldi might move up to 154 to fight Mayorga, that would certainly be an interesting fight. Ahhh if only Mayorga spoke english... :deal

Mayorga will most likely fight an easy opponent then after it a big name, lose, retire. Simple. I'll be really surprised if he beats Vargas though.

I'd be surprised if Mayorga lost.

Mayorga stops Vargas and then gets beat by Forrest. :good

Then he fights a contender at 154 and then a champion

thanks for your input. I think, depending on how bad of a beating Mayorga takes, that he might just fight a "name" for one last payday.

I think Mayorga is going to lose. And from there its all downhill. Only way I see MAyorga winning is if he lands some kind of wild hook on Vargas chin

mayorga didn't do too bad at the beginning versus a 160 lb Trinidad...i think he'll fare well against Vargas and surprise us, but Vargas is the bigger man

Mayorga will fight for a title again

Vargas is up to 3 bills before you can say 'chalupa.'

Mayorga vs Forrest will be a great match-up. Give you some points

Forrest is comming off of an impressive victory against Boldamir. Meanwhile, Mayorga is in a "back up against the wall" situation. He should win because theres no point in Vargas winning and he retires. Mayorga will face Forrest to settle the score. Forrest will beat Mayorga by UD.

But wait, Mayorga already beat Forrest twice. Maybe Mayorga should go for a Spinks rematch?

I would not be suprised, Vargas is comming down from an 220 pounds and is done, but Mayorga on the other hand also has no healthy lifestyle, smokes and drinks....but i think he has more left, Vargas will be verry weak after the weight loss and he will be worse than ever i guess. If mayorga wins i want to see him against Forrest again. i dont think he could beat him again but still that would be a fight im looking for because mayorga beat him twice.
