At 14 stone

    Can i still have the stamina i had at 12 stone 7 i bulked up on weights and now im quite a lean 14 stone to 14.4 stone but i havent boxed or done roadwork for 2 months i jus been doing HIIT.

    Also if you want to maintain the weight and keep the muscle is it wise to still eat 5-6 times a day?

    Yes.

    And you didn't "bulk up on weights" you ate more food which made you gain weight. Using weights just determines how much of that weight will be muscle.

    would of thought so regarding you dont do 2 many long distance runs
