Oh yeah that's true..the budget is pretty ****ed up. However, I was just reading an article where our govenor..ARNOLD..is going to put a high priority on education and the state schools are going to get much needed funding for now and new enrollments. Things are started to look up. They need to ****ing get rid of all the ridiculous programs California has and start funding education institutions!! There's my rant for the night
