Well it's no wonder your books aren't published then, because it was pretty clear the entire fight who was in control. Hatton only gained what Floyd gave him. There was not one point when Hatton's "will" was imposed on Mayweather. Floyd schooled him every round, with the exception of the 5th, which it was obvious Floyd just gave it to him.

It was a close fight for the first 5 or so rounds. People seem to forget this. You could still tell Mayweather was going to win after the third round, but it was competitive until somewhere around the 6th.

suppose its easy to keep betting on the best fighter in the world but theres nothing wrong with seeing fights going the other way.

Nothing wrong with it at all. Plenty of highly respected figures in boxing, including pro boxers we all know, gave Rick the benefit of the doubt. Floyd himself probably wasn't even sure of his own victory, otherwise he wouldn't have looked so relieved after the fight was over. That was genuine relief. He was truely glad to get Ricky outta there.

Floyd's sack surfers act like they have never inaccurately predicted the outcome of a fight, though. No one in the history of the world has ever been 100% accurate. It's impossible.

Who expected Tyson to go down against Douglas? Don't ****ing lie.

I am sure all the people who don't give Hatton any credit are big winners themselves.

    - Winners of the HS dropout contest
    - Winners of the "You want fries with your order SIR?"
    - Winners of "I would have been famous too but...."

Hatton gave it all and fought like a warrior. But how the **** can anyone say the first 5 rounds were even? He did not even land that many clean punches the whole fight!

No seriously...he was taken to school and it was a clinic. It was just a sloppy fight with all the holding. But if you know what to look for you would see the reason why the term "Schooled" and "Clinic" are being used to describe the outcome of the fight.

Hatton didnt do any body work which is his bread and butter...he didn't land much of anything or at least flush and he had a hard time controling anypart of the fight...on the inside floyd dominated and on the outside he embarrased ricky.

Now....Ricky did come to fight...he was just outclassed but he did the best he could and made it a pretty exciting fight. But the first 5 rounds were not even at all...maybe the 1st round was close but after that it was more of the same until round 10. Ricky fighting overly aggressive and floyd taking full advantage of the botched gameplan from Team Hatton. It was a counter punchers dream the way Hatton decided to fight last Saturday.

What would of happend if hatton stopped coming forward for one second....oh I get it..that was round 8 where he got beat from pillar to post across the ring and would of ate lead right hands like the one that looked like it broke his ****ing neck. You idiot so called fight fans amuse me.. If you stand there in the ring with hattons defense ..lol and try to box floyd he is going to LIGHT your ass up from the outside with jabs to the body and lead rights..Every time Hatton stopped coming forward and grappling b/c he was not ****ing punching he got the **** beat out of him and picked apart..Not only was Mayweather landing..he was hurting hatton with almost every single shot he landed. Hatton could not trade punches. He got the **** beat out of him and Mayweather was toying with him in round 7 and in 8 he just whooped his ass WORSE then gatti in that one round.
