Knocked down twice, got back up twice and fought "viciously" till the end.

That man is a young hungry lion, and will come to FIGHT, regardless of the outcome the fight will be entertaining and at least we get to see Floyd finally back in the ring against someone who isnt hopeless

I agree, he's fighting the next best welterweight available.

Good comeback fight against a young, southpaw, explosive and dangerous WW champion.

dude ORTIZ HAS ONLY BEEN "LEGIT" SINCE HE BEAT HYPEJOB BERTO.

before that everyone was calling him a glass hearted glass chinned quitting hypejob.
and that was only 1 month ago. ****ing disgrace how that now hes signed to fight a PROPER big name he's "legit", same goes for if he faced Pac.

No, Floyd only has 1 fight he should be fighting and that most definately isn't Ortiz. Ortiz has just had 1 fight, yes 1 fight as a WW against a good but mostly untested champion Berto, and he's suddenly ready to fight the great Floyd? It's almost like Ortiz is being tossed to the wolves. Let him get a few fights under his belt as a WW and gauge him from there.

Floyd v Pac is the only fight that should be happening now. End of.

Mayweather loves the WBC belt. Could it not just be a case of him fighting whoever happens to be holding it?
