At least PBC is consistent, WTF is GBP and Top Rank doing for fighters?

    Broner is fighting 3x this year, Crawford can't get 2 ???

    ODLH has spent 0 promoting Matthysse's upcoming title fight, He is busy brown nosing Cotto and worrying about Floyd Mayweather Jr.

    PBC has a full schedule for the next 3 months. Top Rank has nothing since May 2nd. May 2nd dammit!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's August 15th

    But what about Tim Bradley? Oh yeah, Bob promoted that well ,as good as his has for every Back fighter in Top Rank history. By doing the bare minimum and complaining that African Americans are the reason Black fighters don't pull crowds.
    All I can say is "Adrien mutha****in Broner" sells out all the damn time. Promotion goes a long way

    Canelo is getting horrid pay in a 50/50 fight. Cotto is laughing all the way to Puerto Rico in a brand new jet at Oscars business acumen. ****ing coke head sucka, get Richard Schaefer back you ***** you!!

    PBC fly's fighters all around the planet and pays even the "taxi drivers" well, *****. Al Haymon is the real boxing promoter the sport has needed for years. He gets everyone a fight no matter if it's A level or D level you fight and get paid.

    John Molina and Tim Bradley have the same cars *****. Tim Bradley fought Pacquiao and him and Molina are in the same tax bracket.

    Al isn't a promoter. He has done something that these other guys haven't though. He has so many fighter signed to gis advisory deal that he doesn't have to take 25% from them. He can take 10 or 15% from 50 guys and make plenty of money all while getting them paid no matter who they are facing.

    I do think hes about to start matching these top guys against each other going into next year.

    Im warming up to Al Haymon.

    The world knows he hides his greatest assets, but regardless of hiding them from tough fights, he does get em in the ring regularly, and in the meantime, we get to see some of his lesser know guys having a fight too.
    Getting Huck and Glowacki on US TV was a huge leap in boxing history. Having Bute headline last nights card was also huge for US fightfans.

    They dont know Bute like we know him, alls they know is he was out for nearly 2 yrs and destroyed a guy with a decent amatuer background and a decent record.
    And they liked what they saw from both the Huck and the Bute fights. :thumbsup

    Top Rank have been terrible lately.

    Golden Boy still puts on good shows, PBC is very hit and miss, most of the time miss but there are few good ones.

    TR on the other hand has been fairly bad, the fighters I like I worry TR will ruin them in all honesty.

    It's easy to spend other peoples money and still take 15% off the top.A great hustle job by Haymon -but NOT for their poor investment firm.

    Haymon is no idiot and neither is the investment firm. They all have a plan in place to profit and this is just the first damn year. Learn business please.

    Its definitely a gamble by the investors, but I think that by showcasing world class talent consistently, he'll bring casuals back to boxing.

    Most casuals have not seen Bute or Alvarez before last night.

    Now, many of them are probably thinking....wow, this guy Bute is the goods, and that Alvarez fella is a monster LHW.

    Probably wanna see them face one another. :think

    Sanctioning bodies and promoters are killing the sport. We desperately need one definitive governing body that has clout and integrity. Unfortunately the money men would rather see boxing die than be cut out othe action before they've milked the sport dry.

    who are haymon's up and coming "stars"?

    once the named fighters he ripped off gbp are done and gone, haymon's also done if he doesn't build up his own prospects.
