At the end of the day, Aligieri beats Maidana...EASILY.

Hate to say it about ruslan because he is a humble warrior, but he is very predictable and he is no where on chino's level in my opinion. Chino's wins over broner, karassas, Lopez are better then anything Chris has ever done .

Floyd also moved around the ring the entire 2nd fight and I think chino paced him self better and allowed himself to be a threat the entire fight. So I think chino would beat Chris .

    Really man?

    Come on man.

You don't think this. I'm not even saying Aligieri is dangerous or great.

It's just Maidana really is ****.

    Look at his punching tecnhnique.

Provo has MUCH better punching technique. Provo also has better stamina and is more relentless and actually gets low to pressure fight.

The problem with Provo is that he abandoned his body attack to early.

Provo could beat Algeier in the rematch.

Maidana couldn't come close. Maidana doesn't have any punching technique, has questionable stamina, and doesn't have Provo's power.

Maidana could have a few moments, but I doubt it because Aligeri has great lateral movement.

It would be an easy night.

    Let's be realistic here.

    Look at Chino's punching technique.

    IT's PATHETIC.

I mean, the dude really punches like an amateur. Or actually, f uck an amateur. Maidana punches like a NEANDERTHAL. Plain and simple.

And I disagree, Chris's win over Provo is far better than anything Chino's ever done.

And LOL at Floyd moving better in the second fight.

    LOL.

    For real?

Floyd was initiating clinches without even punching. He needed the ref to separate them.

Floyd looked to be utilizing movement until he became stationary once again.

    Chris DOES not stop moving.

    BIG difference.

Punching technique!? All Chris has a jab, his punches have no effect. Chino has every other punch down better except the jab then algeri.

Also, chino did decent against Floyd in the 2nd fight where Floyd moved the entire fight. Floyd> chris. Chino beats chris.

    Do you even watch boxing?

Did you even see the fight?

Did you not see Maidana's looping caveman shots when he tried to corner Floyd?

    It was pathetic.

Floyd did not MOVE the entire fight. Where are you getting this from?

Floyd clinched like 50 times a round.

Floyd put on a PATHETIC display.

    Did you watch the fight?

That's a tired ass cliché and while it might have some merit it is not a cover all. The bottom line is that fighters make fights and I'm here to say that regardless of styles Maidana will beat the dog **** outta Algieri.

I got a better question. Why are you comparing him to Maidana?

    After Chris's performance against Pac?

    Shlt....

    I don't know.

But let me ask you this, who would be the favorite after Chris upset Provo?

You know damn well that if Mayweather and Pacquaio weren't involved, you would be picking the better boxer to win.

I know you Pimp C. Come on man.

And honestly, you'd be right. Usually the better boxer DOES win.

If you take away the emotions and the whole Mayweather Pacquaio situation, you know you'd be picking Algieri.

****, look at the Khan fight. Khan took a beating because he has no defense except punching, but he easily won almost every round.

Aligier would do the same thing. He might take some shots, but it would leave no doubt who won the fight. Chris is a runner.

He's a frusterating fighter to fight.

It's a good fight to make now.... Maidana is coming off of back to back losses to Floyd, Algieri a loss to Pac. Why the **** not????

Normally I would pick the boxer but Chris has no power and **** defense can't really counter and a suspect chin. He would taste the canvas at least 2 times against chino maybe more. Chino is better than Provo and would get to him more than Provo did.

Wow *******s have been quiet since the Marquez KO, all of a sudden Pacquiao knocks down a LWW who he dragged up to a catchweight

I liked Algieri, the fact he beat Provodnikov by using his boxing skills proves a good boxer will beat a good brawler.

But lets face it, the only reason Provodnikov couldnt beat him was because he was too flat footed and had no ring IQ and instead just kept trying to load up on one shot

Maidana's best win isnt broner, although it is his most satisfying.

Victor Ortiz - Went onto win the WBC title against Berto before losing to Mayweather

Josesito Lopez - Went onto challenge Saul Alvarez for the WBC 154 belt

Jesus Soto Karass - A top level Journeyman who gave Devon Alexander a tough fight

Alexander shut maidana out but held all night long, Amir Khan nearly got KO'd multiple times, Unlucky to get a decision over Kotelnik and gave Floyd the toughest two fights of his career in back to back performances.

Algieri - Beat Provodnikov after being dropped twice in the first, shutout by Pacquiao being knocked down 6 times.

I suppose by your logic Brandon Rios would beat Algieri because he didnt go down once against Pacquiao?

Con has NO CHIN and he boxed circles around Maidana, no defense either.... Maidana is extremely overrated.
