At the end of the day what has more prestige: to be P4P 1 boxer or P4P 1 MMA fighter?

I do love my MMA but boxing is still my first love. Lot more prestige to be no. 1 boxer as well as a lot more lucrative. Might be an argument that the no. 1 mma fighter is the best fighter in the world as he is much more well rounded in combat. Definitely think that these two sports should stay away from each other as neither needs the other. Hate when people talk about an mma fighter taking on a boxer as it is completely pointless. Both different sports. Simple as that.

    Hmm lets see.
The top fighter in MMA makes about 3 mil a fight while the top fighter in Boxing can rake in 40 mil....
Hmmm i dont know. THis is a tough one...

if a boxer fought a mma fighter in boxing the boxer would win and if they fought a cage match the mma fighter would win.it is as simple as that.end of.

I'm a boxing fan but you'd be suprised at how big mma is, most countries have their own mma organisation. I was in Sweden an they have an mma league thing there.

I dont know what you're asking. If Silva fought David Haye at 200lbs, Haye would kill him in boxing and if they switched to MMA, Silva would kill Haye.

They are two different sports and deserve their own P4P ranking.
