Yeah, a 45 year old Holmes never went down against McCall who just flattened a 30 year old Lennox Lewis. Holmes was extremely durable.

Yep, that's why everyone in your family would watch him, nan included..It was that morbid fascination of someone getting brutalised

Tyson imo was a level above Foreman for ferocious beatings, he simply stands at no1 for me

That's him, the one that cruised past peak Tim Witherspoon in a canter.

If anything you say had any truth to it, THEN HE WOULD NOT HAVE OPENLY DUCKED THEM.

Get help. The man bragged about ducking fighters. He wasn't better than "my guys." I like fighters who do not duck other fighters.

He didn't fight fight the best version of Spoon. Holmes did. But you already know that. U just want to stir the pot a bit.

Louis wasn't prime for the first Schmeling fight imo.
Ali was coming back after nearly 4 years out and with just 18rds under his belt.

Marciano had no amateur career worth mentioning and shortly after he was born a T-Rex wrote to him asking for its arms back. All fighters have adversity.

Adversity isn't the question being prime is.
