At this point in his career, who would give Usyk the most problems?

IMO, probably Fury...

 

Fury is big, strong, fast and accurate.

After that Frank Sanchez.

 

Joyce, Fury & Wilder

But all three of them men are Top 4 HW's...

AJ is the 5th best HW although will fall again to a "lesser" opponent. Style made for Usyk to slap up.

Usyk will be a flash in the pants at HW. People just aren't able to process yet that he only beat a bodybuilder who wouldn't last half the distance against Wilder, Fury or Joyce. People can have their hope though, he is probably the best cruiserweight of all time, I bet he can take Fury's power to the head...just not to the body and over a distance.

 

LOL@ guys saying Joyce Usyk’s been there and done that just fine! Off this list I’d have to say Fury. But that depends on what kind of ref is in there. If it’s a ref who’ll start knocking off points from Fury if he holds and hits or leans down too much on Usyk… then Usyk wins by round 6-7 by DQ or wins a wide (Mainly from points deducted) UD with some scary moments here and there.

If Fury purely tries to box Usyk without any BS… Usyk wins clearly in a competitive fight. But surprises most by making Fury trip over his own feet and punch himself in the mug again.

 

Anthony Joshua, who he defeated twice. AJ is nearly as big as Fury, and weighs maybe 15 pounds less, and is much stronger as well. Certainly Fury is a better boxer but is as mentally weak as AJ and has a weaker chin as well.

Usyk is going to humiliate Fury and drive him back to drinking, drugging and possibly suicide.

 

Fury is the only one I’d favour over him. Wilder has a 5-10% chance of landing a lucky right hand. However, his most daunting enemy ultimately is Father Time.

 

Fury presents so many different problems for anyone. His height, reach, IQ, chin, jab, uppercut and his intelligent, if illegal, penchant for holding would all give Usyk problems.

 

Fury is the toughest fight.

Although, I'm becoming more confident in picking Usyk the more I think about it. Fury will be fighting someone with superior boxing skills to himself for the first time, fighting at a higher pace than he has seen before and I think we'll see that if they fight, Fury's gonna have to deal with a fighter that throws 1000 punches a fight, that's some tempo, conversely Fury is huge compared to Usyk and knows how to use his size to his advantage, so that's probably his best route to victory. Should be interesting if it actually happens.

Wilder has a punchers chance against anyone, including Usyk, but Usyk probably avoids that right hand like 7 or 8 times out of 10.

 

Plus there is the risk that Usyk will win the first ten rounds so easily that he will actually fall asleep from boredom and catch a right hand, or just plain be counted out while sleeping.

 

Usyk would not last against

A) Joe Joyce, who he already beat in a pro-style fight?

B) Deontay Wilder, who was clearly being outboxed by Artur Szpika, Duhauapas, and even Molina?

Sure.

 

fury has a lot of technique and intelligence but at the same time a big chin and a punch strong enough to knock out usyk... he knows how to use his size and stifle his opponents... he has everything AJ lacks to knock out usyk. .. fury ko in 10

 

Usyk beating a novice Joyce who had been boxing for 4-5 years means absolutely nothing today.

 

Fury is so much physically and mentally stronger than Joshua though. His boxing IQ is immense as well. Sure he has been knocked down a few times as well, but he has shown great recovery skills.

I think we're in for a good fight though because Usyk is extremely skilled. Will be a tactical fight but feel Fury will tire Usyk out with body shots and clinching. Expect a 116-112 decision in favour of Fury.

 

Fury is a dirty illegal fighter. Almost as bad as Kllinchko with the holding. Fury had to illegally knockout cruiser weight Cunningham.

Usyk is levels above Fury in skill. The only chance Fury has is if Usyk ages overnight or Fury holds him to death. I think Usyk is skilled enough to avoid the illegal Fury tactics.

Usyk gonna end the Fury hype in style.
