    When he decided to brand himself TBE. Just before the Maidana fight...so he only decided he was TBE in 2014 lol. when he was shot to sht. Then after Maidana gave him a shock he thought he better deal with Pac before he was completely shot.

    Manny Pacquaio = A FIGHTER!! Came up the hard way Fought all comers
    Floyd Mayweather = A very talented boxer who lacked the heart & cojones to make full use of his talents. Took the easy way & has too many black clouds of suspicion of cheating hanging over his head
