About 10 spots too high for both of them.

I'd have JCC somewhere around 30, give or take a few spots. Floyd somewhere around 40 and the same.

    Anyway...

    JCC holds records for:
*Most successful consecutive defenses of world titles (27)
    *Most title fights (37),
    *Most title-fight victories (31)
and he is *tied with Joe Louis for most title defenses won by knockout (21).

Chávez also has the longest undefeated streak in boxing history, 13 years.
    ^Consecutive... NO Retirements.

How isn't he? is probably the better question. A stoppage win over McGirt is a fair cut above a 'decent' victory. He also beat John Meekins and Harold Brazier, as well as undefeated Aaron Davis ten months later (after Chavez) at 147. But yeah, he pretty much shows his class in the fight itself and considering his vast (illustrious) am experience and pro career (#2 @ 140 behind Chavez, #5 P4P) up to that point, was pretty much primed by the fight. Arguably the fastest hands ever, fluid combinations, superhuman work rate, very good footwork & in-fighting ability... The other three listed there don't remotely compare taking timing of the fights into the equation. Corrales certainly had more power P4P, but wasn't as skilled nor did he possess the same sort of physical gifts that can't be taught. The problem is that Chavez happened to be arguably the best ever at slipping and rolling with punches at close-range with a keen ability to pounce on the openings left with his own damaging shots.

    :rofl

    Almost spit out my drink.

Chavez. Jr might of beaten better names, but Oscar and Mosley way past their best days. Jr ain't never beat anyone that was as good H2H as a prime Taylor. He lost to a prime Castillo, protege and sparring partner of Chavez. Castillo actually got better once he started with Sr.

    Whitaker/ODLH gave Chavez a shitting

Floyd beat Castillo. Deal with it.

43-0, 8 world championships, 5 divisions, 3 time lineal champion.

Hey I can do it too. Chavez hasn't beaten anyone better than Corrales.
