Who you think have ALREADY ATG status from the fighters who is or was active ... say in the last 5 years 2003... 2008?

    - Lewis
    - Tyson
    - Holyfield
    - Jones
    - Hopkins
    - Calzaghe
    - Mosley
    - DLH
    - Trinidad
    - Mayweather
    - Hatton
    - Tszyu
    - H Camacho
    - Chavez
    - Barrera
    - PAC
    - Morales
    .....

    who else?

    James Toney, perhaps

I think you covered the rest. I don't rate Trinidad, Mosley or Tszyu as ATG in the top 100 sense, perhaps at their peak weights.

If he beats Margarito he may be considered as the best "active" WW ... since Floyd is not active at this weight since he beat Judah and Baldomir. Win over Margarito will edge Cotto over Hatton ...

As the Hatton ... he is still the best at 140 and his only lose is to the current #1 P4P who is fighting at higher weight class ... so lets Cotto fight Floyd then decide who is better (Gatti was also considered a great fighter untill he fought Floyd ;) )
