A) Stop acting like losses don't matter at ALL.

B) Marquez beating Pacquiao does NOT make up for the otherwise MASSIVE gap in their resumes.

This as well. I guess according to him Lamotta ranks higher than SRR, since SRR never beat anybody as good as SRR.

 

As far as A goes, the only loss I count for Marquez is against Floyd, and he was already past his best age and weight, poorly conditioned. In fact, most of JMM's great wins came when he was already visibly past his physical prime and often against bigger, younger foes.

I disagree with that statement in bold, and that makes all the difference to me. I'm sure you can go on with your life knowing that fact. It makes no difference to me what other people who are easily influenced by powerful promotional forces and fan-bases think of Floyd or Manny.

 

So the only thing that matters is who your best win is?
