He fights like an amateur fighter. Not a "technical genius" as the video says. I've seen amateur boxers that fight BETTER than him!

Is it because he fought with low guard? Are we watching different videos?

No, it has nothing to do with his guard. He fights like a modern day amateur fighter.

Amateur fighters are usually excellent from technical standpoint.

Not true at all. All the amateur fights I've had the opponent always rushes, and they are almost always wars. Every amateur fight I've ever seen, outside of online, have been rushing wars (except for the girl matches but that doesn't count). Excellent technicality? They just throw, and don't stop throwing. Especially the Mexicans.

Hym 'its bad'? Most people, myself included, would definitely say Tunney looks better in that highlight reel, and actual fights, than Marshall himself did.

After a slow press week the reports of Greb's unanimous decision win over Lloyd Marshall finally surfaced.

"In a fast-paced affair at the Liacouras Center on Friday night, Greb walked away with his place in the quarterfinals of the light-heavy tournament. His front running, speed and angles perplexed Marshall too much for him to have won. Greb threw too many punches, most of which landed, as the Pittsburgh Windmill got around Marshall's jab and tucked in to his body. The black Murderer's Row member could do nothing to prevent the lightning quick home fighter from scoring. The judging was unanimous, Greb won clearly on all 3 cards."

    - Associated Press

Greb moves on to the final.
