Pea being a patient and calculated slow burning retreat type is likely to mean more potential exchanges for the above to happen rather than him running and minimizing Duran's chances to mix up leading and countering to force exchanges etc. I think Pea is far from outmatched up close but still likely to play second fiddle slightly there and have to work hard to hold his own rather than control things there, especially with Duran's ability to lock fighters down from an unhittable position while still working away at them.

Duran may have struggled against slick guys but idk, I'm thinking he gets a tight decision win. Keeping pressure on Pernell, he can't afford to take rounds off against him.
Whittaker obviously is going to damn hard to pin down but Duran could do it.
Roberto maybe even surprised with some of the shots coming back close up, but nothing to seriously rattle that chin.
A very close decision but unanimous in favor of Hands of stone imo.

Always thought Whitaker had enough pop at lightweight to keep Duran from maurading completely, but then again Duran has enough skill off the backfoot and countering ability to give Pernell some different looks, especially later on in the fight.

Any result is feasible, but gun to head I'd take Duran by SD.
