No, i gave oscar credit for beating ike, vargas, genaro, older whitaker and miguel angel gonzalez. However, the guys he fought from 1994-1996, he was like 5 inches taller than them, it was a man whipping on little boys.

He benefits from good matchmaking, I think. I don´t want to discredit him. He is a great fighter definitly. But he has a big problem. He fights in a weak era with too many weightclasses and too many belts.
Bakc in the 30s there were fewer weightclasses and thus the competition in each one was tougher. There was only one champ and thus becoming champ or even a titleshot was much tougher. And then, boxing was more popular. More people boxed, the talentpool was deeper and thus the competition was tougher. Fighters that are good wins for Pac like Cotto or Clottey would have been fringe contenders back then.
Pac´s great but he can´t compete with the true greats of the past like boxing´s trinity because of this.

Exposed as what? He got beat, so what. Losses are part of the sport. As is bouncing back from them. Pac got beat by worse fighters than Cotto. Did he get exposed too?

Pac was a kid as a flyweight. Calling him a flyweight just is bull****.

What has Jones Jr. to do with this?

Pac got beat those worse fighters when he was a 17-19 year old kid and um yeah he spent most of his career fighting at 122-130, i cant believe people are even debating that cotto and pac are the same size.

Pac got beat by a mediocre fighter when he was 21 and already a pro for a few years.

Easy, because Pac grew in every division he fought in exceptionally well. He did not look smaller in there with Cotto.

Again my questions: as what did Cotto got exposed? And what has Jones to do with it?

I go by what I see. Pac did not look smaller than Cotto. He also didn´t look smaller than Clottey actually.
