Any flyweight who was not completely dominant in their prime is no ATG.

Lopez (though highly subject is his placement)
    Morales (above Barrera for today)
    Barrera
    Juan Manuel Marquez
    Oscar DLH
Zarate (intercahangable with Zarate neither could convince against the very best)
    Canto

You'd have Lopez over Marquez Pea? JMM also has a **** hot skill set, and some good names.

I can't see Lopez being beaten at Strawweight personally. Enough to rank him over Marquez? Not IMO. I'm sure you'll have your reasons though mate :good

Marquez delivery beautiful, offensively pefect punches.

He was and is not a well rounded fighter though, certainly lacking a legendary defence.

If he was the master technician he is built up to be he would have handled Chris John far better. He also lost more rounds than he should have to other medicre fighters.

Marquez is overappreciated based on Manny Pacquaio's openess to right hands.

Hmmm.....by that reasoning, if Lopez was as good as you think he'd have fought Chiquita and Carbajal???

Lopez was the most dominant midget ever.

Canto was a joke compared to the other fighters here.
