***ATG Rankings of these Fighters/Boxers***

As for my top 50 in exact order well that will take alot of thinking and some nitpicking analysis of records,but of the top of my head i can give a somewhat accurate rankings of the current atg. Theres a lot of intangibles that go into ranking atg.

 

Maybe just give us a 20 off the top of your head.

Ok dont nit pick cuz this isnt in any particular order ill just give 30 ROBINSON,DURAN,ARMSTRONG,ALI,PEP,LOUIS,CHARLES,WHITTAKER,CHAVEZ,HAGLER, MOORE,GREB, BURLEY,LANGFORD,SPINKS,MONZON,HOLYFIELD,HEARNS,RAY LEONARD,BENNY LEONARD, THATS 20 BUT NOT NECESSARILY CUZ I COULD MAYBE SLIP THESE GUYS IN WALKER,FINITO LOPEZ SADLER,,JOFRE,MARCIANO,HOLMES,SANCHEZ,ARGUELLO,PRYOR,JOHNSON LIKE I SAID IT WOULD TAKE ME AWHILE TO PUT IT TOGETHER ACCURATLEY BUT THOSE ARE THE GUYS I THOUGHT OF FIRST I KNOW THOSE A COUPLE OTHERS YOU COULD ARGUABLY TRADE PLACES WITH.

Just to make it easier to read..Not a bad list really, Mine would be different but you have a lot of the usual suspects.

I was just curious because you were saying from the list that hellblazer first floated there were definite top 25 fighters...and Im not sure who they are. I think Roy and Pac may have an argument and in time maybe Money May aswell...but I can think of about 30 guys Id put in front of them thats all.

I have to nitpick a little ...Maybe consider guys like Bob Fitzsimmons, Barney Ross, Jimmy Wilde , Jimmy McClarnin and Joe Gans etc..over blokes like Holy and Spinks. But then again I can totally dig the argument that its only fair to rank these kind of lists with fighters there is a decent amount of film of.

 

Even the other 10 i might put in the top 20 i originally posted like Sadler,Jofre Sanchez would for sure be top 15 if only he would have just had a couple more years to further establish his greatness. He might have proven to be the best feather at and surpass chavez as greatest mexican fighter ever.Oscar is somewhere around 25 no lower than 30. Hopkins is in the late teens. I have shane about the same with Oscar. At first i said mayweather around 10 but looking over that list again id say closer to 15. Im definitaly a SPinks and Holyfield guy,I think both should get even more praise than they do already.Holyfield was unbeateable at cruiser and I havent seen a cruiser since that would come close,to jumpto heavy and be an atg there is an overlooked accomplishment. Same with SPinks he is one of the top 3 Lhvys in my book,and decisvely beat a still good Holmes in the 1st fight (2nd fight could have gone either way).

 

Big Spinks fan right here mate...I cop a lot of **** for ranking him ahead of Jones and saying he beats him but Im very confident in that.

 

I agree at Light heavy SPinks would have lowered than jinx on him and Jones would have been ktfo! I think Jones was better at middle and supermiddle cuz his power was much better and his chin would have help up better, at lt hvy not as high cuz theres a few that might have kod him like SPinks,Foster and some other ones.

 

Good list! I think Oscar and Tito deserve to be top 50-55...Shane has done some awesome things as well so ill put him top 70other than that I agree...Joe ( I dont like JOe) I would put right around the end of that top 100 too...

 

Rjj is currently the greatest fighter on that list imo....he gotta be top 35 ..took titles at 160 and 168 than at 175..undefeated 88-2004.....he is a true atg..juss wish he would retire and hopefully if he beats greene and than does the bhop rematch and than they both retire...

 

Yeah I think he is to..thats why I had him first. Pretty sure I had him around 35-36 and Pac around 38-39.
