    oscar of course. all you need to look at is their fight, both were prime, and oscar gave tito a boxing lesson. too bad the jackass and his corner got to confident and let the last rounds go.

    I have to say Oscar he beat JC Chavez, Whitaker, and fought better opponents. By the way I bet that Tito would beat Oscar when the decision came I expected to have to pay. To this date I still think Oscar won. Let me make it clear I never liked Oscar as a person nor did I like his style of boxing.
