Everything. Count everything. Count how Floyd didn't have the courage to face guys Pacquiao easily beat, and count it against Morales why he never fought Juan Marquez as well. Count it all!

O I was just wondering since no one has brought up that Floyd's achievements blow Morales out of the water. There is no comparison achievements wise.

you still don't get it. barrera and pacquiao, both future ATGs would be seen as morales' tough challenges and rivals just like great fighters like leonard and duran, hagler and hearns, ali and frazier are to one another. their names and their rivalries would be immortalized by future generations and would be bonus for their rakings.

i did not save myself from anything. just don't whine hard if some people see morales as an equally great or a much greater fighetr than floyd.

Love Morales boxing ability especially the way he slips punches at times is a thing of beauty. Which is why I didn't really want to participate in this thread to much. But just like Mayweather hasn't fought that ATG. Morales never fought at a higher weight that he had no business in and still win. Morales didn't take the belts of 3 champions with 14-18 pds on him come fight night. Morales continued to cut weight in order to be the bigger man rather then move up in weight earlier and fight bigger stronger competition. He also got chipped up by Zahir Raheem as he couldn't adapt to the slick style. While Mayweather adapts to any style. Mayweather did the opposite and fought in a higher weight class then he needed to for the 2nd half of his career.

Another angle is I can't hypothetically see Morales jumping to Jr WW to take on a Tzyu and defeat a Tzyu like Mayweather moving up to JMW to take on a Hoya and giving up 15pds. Or Morales taking on and defeat 2 other champions with 14-18 pds on him. But I can hypothetically see Mayweather beating Barrera, Pac & Marquez at the lower weights.

Dont compare Barrera to the like of Hearns, Duran, Leonard and Hagler. Pac is barely in that conversation. :patsch

If EM's resume is greater than Floyd's maybe it is time to think hard about the fact $ has never faced a single A level prime fighter and caliing him top 3 of this era is unacceptable.
Is this what we want for the sport, to be granted greatness by avoiding it ?

Morales has fought the better competition, given us epic fights and faced anyone. Losses don't mean **** when you fight the best. Morales for me, easy.

I think losses do mean **** when you lose to inferior opposition.

Pac gets immense credit for fighting at 140/147. Yet it's been completely overlooked when Floyd did the same thing.

And was proven even more when fans brought up that picture of Mayweather and Pac's weights by age.
