Eric Morales is one of my favorites, but Mayweather is a head of him & by a full class.

Mayweather level of domination remained the same, 130,135,140,147 & 154 are just numbers & the WBC in each othose divisions was just a belt. He remained physically the same, didn't add on weight and dominated smoothly so far. Which is enough to put him in the Top 10 ATG

Morales primed in 122 possibly the ATG in 122lbs right next to Wilfredo Gomez

Eric Morales struggled in 126, 130, 135 & 140, which doesn't diminish his ATG status. However, it puts him a class below Floyd who is Top 10 ATG regardless of how his career goes from here on

You are, of course, entitled to your opinion, but most people (myself included) would disagree that Floyd is anywhere near top 10 All Time.

    Who did Morales duck???

    Exactly

Mayweather's steadfast refusal to fight anyone dangerous sees him come in well below El Terrible in the ATG rankings :deal

That is fine...He is still active & fighting

The question is...Does he have a chance to get in your Top 10 ATG in the next 5 fights?

Impossible for me to predict, given I have no idea who he will be fighting or the circumstances leading up to each.

It's tough to envision, though. I don't think he has the available options out there that can propel him towards (forget into) the top 10.

On a semi-related note, these were the results on the All Time P4P survey I did a few years back:

    1. 1102 Sugar Ray Robinson (34)
    2. 677 Harry Greb (7)
    3. 617 Henry Armstrong (2)
    4. 542 Sam Langford (8)
    5. 265 Ezzard Charles
    6. 236 Roberto Duran
    7. 231 Muhammad Ali (1)
    8. 179 Bob Fitzsimmons (2)
    9. 152 Willie Pep
    10. 138 Benny Leonard (1)
    (Also receiving votes)
    11. 118 Sugar Ray Leonard
    12. 65 Joe Louis
    13. 64 [tie] Pernell Whitaker
    13. 64 [tie] Archie Moore
    15. 46 Joe Gans (1)
    16. 40 Roy Jones Jr.
    17. 30 Mickey Walker
    18. 22 Charles Burley
    19. 20 Tommy Hearns
    20. 19 Barney Ross
    21. 18 Packey McFarland
    22. 17 Floyd Mayweather Jr.
    23. 13 [tie] Marvin Hagler
    23. 13 [tie] Sandy Saddler
    25. 12 Salvador Sanchez
    26. 10 Barbados Joe Walcott
    27. 7 Jimmy Wilde
    28. 5 [tie] Rocky Marciano
    28. 5 [tie] Eder Jofre
    28. 5 [tie] Gene Tunney
    28. 5 [tie] Manny Pacquiao
    32. 4 [tie] Julio Cesar Chavez
    32. 4 [tie] Carlos Monzon
    32. 4 [tie] Kid Gavilan
    32. 4 [tie] Jimmy Bivens
    36. 2 Terry McGovern
    37. 1 [tie] Tony Canzoneri
    37. 1 [tie] Alexis Arguello
    37. 1 [tie] Ike Williams
    37. 1 [tie] Jack Johnson
    37. 1 [tie] Evander Holyfield

I personally don't think Floyd can make it into the top 10 ATG's at this point in time. Had he beat Pac 2-3 years ago, I think he would have had a chance, but not anymore. I just don't think the comp out there is good enough to elevate his status much.

Okay where would you rank Floyd if he took the tough route of winning all his next 6 fights (assuming he does make 6 fights & these guys remain undefeated):

    #45 Undefeated Champion Canelo
    #46 Undefeated Champion Timothy Bradley
    #48 Undefeated Welter Contender Broner
#47 Undefeated Welter Contender Kell Brook
#49 Undefeated Welter Contender Keith Thurman
#50 Undefeated WBC 154lbs Champion Sergey Rabchenko (no catch weight :yep )

    50-0 Floyd Mayweather
    WBC 130, 135, 140, 147 & 154

Where will you put him in the ATG list ??
