Jones was the better fighter & looked unbeatable for his entire 10 yr prime but Pac edges achievements & fought better comp.

Pac`s career isnt done yet, he has time to sail past Jones or harm his legacy in a big way & sink beneath Roy.

Close one.... you`ve got me stuck now, I`ll have to come back to this one.... a `too close to call` option would have been ideal even tho it is the cowards way :D

being a 2-1 favorite against cotto doesnt make you a elite welterweight?

Jones by a hair. A win over Cotto would change that.

Seems as though you're not familiar with Chatchai Sasakul or Lehlohonolo Ledwaba.

After a long debae in my own head, I voted for Jones, if both guys were at the same stage in their careers in the same era, Jones would be no1 p4p, just because its Manny`s time doesnt have to mean we forget how good Roy was, he was brilliant.

Ps. if Pacquiao beats Mayweather tho, this **** needs to be re-done & I have a strong feeling my vote wont be the same, a very strong feeling.

    :good

Not in my book, maybe in yours, Cotto is a good fighter, nothing more, Pac is a great fighter & is on a run, Cotto`s only chance is too hope he`s too big & powerful for Manny, thats why he`s 2-1, not because he`s earned the right to be called an elite WWT by having ONE fight there vs a shambles of a once very good fighter.

roy by talent, pac by resume.
