B-Hop easily as he is still adding on to what already is a great legacy while the other is damaging his severely!

What are we basing this on ? Longevity ??

If thats the case Bhops ..But accomplishments is RJJ and head to head at their best or close to Jones won that ..

Its close. Despite popular belief, I think Jones has the better wins on his resume and was more dominant. Hopkins has the better accompishments. You could make a case for either guy.

    you gotta go w/ B.Hop
one might argue the point that Roy was untouchable in his prime but Roy is still active & he is getting his ass kicked but B.Hop on the other hand is still active and kickin' dudes asses that are half his age....

so if we give B.Hop credit now we have to take credit from Roy

How does Hopkins have the better accomplishments im just curious ?

21 middle weight title defenses and a 2 time lt heavy weight champ compared to a champion from 160 to heavy and who also held 7 titles at 1 time ..Hopkins may not have loss for 10 yrs but that was after he lost to Jones ..So what has he accomplished over Jones ??

it's up to you on how you reconcile different factors in determining who is greater of the two

    Legacy belongs to Hopkins.

Freakish athleticism at prime to Jones.

Joe Calzaghe because he beat both of them.

Hasn't what Hopkins has gone on to do since losing to Calzaghe made Calzaghe look goooood? :yep

If Jones retired after the Ruiz fight, everyone would probably have him top 15 ATG.

On that basis, Jones > B-Hop
