And I don't want fighters who are completely shot like some of RJJ's later losses or Tyson.

    I'll start us off.

Jack Dempsey losing to Fireman Jim Flynn

Roberto Duran losing to Kirkland Laing.

Wladimir Klitschko losing to Ross Purrity.

Yeah you can consider that a loss as that was a clear robbery no debate.

Oh man ... is the color line a fair answer? Just, all of them. Lang has losses, Gans got losses, Norfolk, Panama, Godfrey you name it, to dudes they should have beaten.

Dempsey and John Lester probably another good one

Everyone Wilder beat up! I'm just playing. Wilder was pretty good and hugely underrated.

    Johnson to Willard seem obvious.

Just rewatched to see if I still thought it was that bad a robbery, and it was actually worse. Had forgotten about that BS points deduction. Too much money on Toney for him to be allowed to lose in Atlantic City, perhaps. Absolute joke in any case.

Harry Greb losing to a 14lbs lighter Soldier Bartfield.

Holman Williams losing half a dozen times to Cocoa Kid.

Many of Fritzi Zivic's 65 losses were during his prime to none ATGs.

Related to the fighters from the 1940s and earlier, a lot of them fought so many times a year that occasional upsets like these happened because the greats just couldn't be at their best every time.
