Atif Shafiq: up & coming british prospect??

    I recently came upon a few videos on IFilm's youtube channel of a young british boxer named Atif Shafiq. Young kid who is only 19 years of age that trains out of Ingle's Gym alongside boxers like Kell Brook and Kid Galahad. He's only had 5 professional fights and most of his opponents don't appear to be elite competition. However, I couldn't help but come away very impressed with his speed and skill level. In many respects he reminds me of a young Amir Khan. However, he seems to have his own style. He seems a bit stockier and not as lean as Khan. Just curious, are british boxing fans on the look out for this young fighter or is he just another run of the mill domestic fighter??

    He has had five pro fights so far. I believe this was one of his more recent fights. There's a few interviews of him on ifilm's YouTube channel. He seems like a good respectable kid. That particular fight maybe wasn't his most impressive. But I like his speed, slickness, and overall ability.

    The one and only Abdon Cesar record 1 win 4 losses, beat Atif Shafiq.

    Shafiq was getting hyped in here by Asians on this forum :rofl. there was threads on here discussing ****stani prospects and this guy Shafiq was the man who was the best out of the lot in their eyes :rofl

    There is so many ****stani/ indian fighters here in the Uk and they all get nowhere, they are all feather fisted and have glass jaws and cannot get to to domestic british title level.

    Usually these awful athletes get beat as soon as they face ANYONE with a winning record, but Shafiq is even a level below the likes of Anwar, Siddique, Bhatia, etc etc etc

    Worst athletes ever, worst boxers ever! I don't know why these people even take up boxing they must know they will retire pretty soon and not get anywhere. No racism here, just THE TRUTH.

    He just lost to a guy with a 1-4 record.
    You really need to stop desperately looking for guys to support because your South Asian race couldn't be any more useless and hopeless at boxing
