on the scene. He said he had ESPN commitments to oblige to. But, he said he felt bad for the kid if he lost, so, he decided to go on a plane to help him. Atlas told them to come over here to train because of his ESPN commitments. But, they didnt want too. He was also complaining about a short camp for Povetkin saying he only had about 4 or 5 weeks to train him. I just hope this isnt used as an excuse if Povetkin looks bad against Chagaev
Atlas doesn't care about Povetkin, he just likes the money for training him. By not going to Germany, he confirms how little he cares about the guy.
WTF is Povetkin doing - and now I see Wach too - destroying their own careers, if not their lives - hooking up with the Jewish Russian Mafiya in the form of Tommy Atlas!? Has it become so impossible even for eastern Europeans to make money in this corrupt racket without hooking up with this scum?
Why even bother calling himself a trainer?? Seriously, Emmanuel Steward will take on a training obligation over announcing which has been proven and shown time and time again. Povetkin should care more about himself and his career than to have a part-time trainer that does not give a two shits about him in his corner
Gotta agree that if Atlas is Povetkin's main trainer then something ain't right. Quite frankly the dude doesn't fit the profile of a trainer for a world-class heavyweight--Atlas seems mentally unstable and runs his mouth way too much. Good commentator but you'd want someone calmer and more zen-like as a trainer right? Does Povetkin even speak English? Do they have to translate Altlas' instructions? But if Atlas is just a guy that's helping Povetkin out and someone more stable is really advising Povetkin then I don't see the big deal.
atlas already hanging his fighter out to dry what a **** maybe he need to fight a few more unsanctioned fights against brain damaged expros you absolute **** gibbon
