I think this punch is really hard to master. I ve watched some of Povetkin's fights and he has mastered this punch very well. It's always easy to start off with the jab but starting with left hook is hard to master
    would you agree?

It's povetkins highlights which shows his great left hook which he often starts his offense with.

also when throwing left hood how do you place your glove horizontal or vertical?
His left hood is very fast which I bet is the result of hard work. I find it hard to throw a left hood without a pivot to get a laverage behind it.
I hope you guys know what I mean

i find it hard to lead with the left hook if im on the offence,i usually throw it behind a jab or a feint,if my opponent is coming forward and im on the backfoot i can use it to counter really effectively.when people jab alot of them lower their right hand just enough to whip a left hook in.i wouldnt reccommend leading an attack with it from the outside as youre open to a right hand.
depends on the range.if im close i land it palm facing me,mid range facing down,if im at long range i land it facing away.
does anyone else use this long range hook very often?
