Attendance for last night fight's.....

DLH is his promoter.

But yeah, kind of sad that Marquez is able only to get 4920 and Peter Manfredo is able to get 5,000 fighting bums.

 

If it doesnt make money it doesnt make sense.

 

Not surprised, it didn't looked packed, and that bummed me out considering the undercard on paper was good and it ended up being good. Then over at Showtime I saw packed crowds for the two fights and that was great to see.

 

That's pretty terrible considering that a guy like Margarito can fight any bum and draw 4-5 times as much as that. I guess the mexicans just have no love for Marquez.

 

Shame..

 

It makes more money than a Clottey fight.

that's bad. how can a 3rd fight be made w/ pac with this kind of attendance numbers?

 

I thought Marquez has the entire country behind him ... according to floyd.

 

But sure the MGM hold over 3 times that. I don't remember it looking only a third full, but i could be wrong.

 

It's no wonder GBP have got Marquez embarrassing himself acting like a desperate fool trying to land a third fight with Pac.

****ing funny the situation GBP finds itself in. Should've thought twice before alienating themselves from Manny and Top Rank with those slanderous PED allegations. TR and Manny were only good to them over the years with many lucrative PPV fights. Now they may not even be part of the Mayweather fight. And they want to take over the sport? How many was at the Froch fight?

 

Must be the wrong number. MGM arena holds between 12-13k people and it only had some empty seats here and there.
