There won't be any excuse. PBF might retire after the Hatton fight. Or Oscar might offer Cotto a huge payday on May 5th. Not to mention the poor relationship with Arum and PBF. These are all real factors that might stop these two from fighting.

 

yeah, plus, how is he avoiding cotto when he offered cotto a fight when they were both at 140?
